About me

I’ve been a midwife since 2013, offering holistic, mindful, and heart-centred support on your path into motherhood, fatherhood, and parenthood.Shaped by my own story, trauma-informed care is at the core of my work. I create a safe space where your boundaries are honoured, your needs seen, and your inner resources gently strengthened. Slowness, relaxation, and tuning into your unique body and nervous system language are key pillars of our work together.As an independent midwife, I accompany you from preconception through birth and into the postpartum period – holding space for both joy and grief, for new beginnings and the goodbyes life sometimes brings.My fascination with indigenous traditions has brought me to traditional midwives in Guatemala and wise women in Peru. Their healing practices, such as Rebozo and Maya Abdominal Massage, are beautifully woven into my care.Your needs are the compass. Together, we’ll find what truly supports you, your partner, and your baby.
